The “past performance review” was conducted over the past year and involved asking feedback from customers who purchased our products or services about their experiences with us. Specific questions were asked such as customer support, overall performance, reliability and responsiveness. Customer responses were based on a 0 to 10 scale.

The report, released on June 7, gave us high marks from our customers in all areas. We scored an overall performance rating of 91, placing us in the top SIC/Quintile of the communications industry, a ranking comparing us to our competitors. We couldn’t be prouder!

We scored 100% for “positive” performance in overall performance, business relations, reliability, cost, order accuracy, personnel and delivery/timeliness. In other categories such as quality, customer support and responsiveness, we scored well over 90%.
